Retail customers may place their order securely using our website, our Etsy Shop or directly by emailing our retail division at caren@designstoshare.com.
We have become aware that some orders are experience longer delivery times due to postal system delays. We cannot guarantee an arrival date with standard shipping rates. Most items will arrive within one week in Canada, within two weeks to the United States and longer for international orders.
All items will be shipped within one week via lettermail/letterpost without tracking. If you would prefer to pay additional fees in order to have a speedier shipping option and/or tracking please email caren@designstoshare.com and we can work out other options depending on your location.
All patterns are shipped via Canada Post using lettermail. All finished items will be shipped via Canada Post using standard expedited/small packet shipping without tracking.
